# Supported use cases for Voice Bot

The voice bot builds on the DeepConverse platform and allows a myriad of use cases to be built out. The following use cases are supported out of the box.

1. Question / Answering using Generative AI&#x20;
2. Information capturing and escalation
3. Sending out information over SMS during the voice interaction
4. Capture of complex information / document uplaods via SMS during call interaction
5. Policy based conversational flows that use Generative AI to help the customer achieve a goal.
6. Allow hold music during the call
7. Conditional call forwarding and routing to call center departments
