# Zendesk

You can create a connection with Zendesk from [Admin Dashboard.](https://admin.deepconverse.com/dashboard)

1. Navigate to the **Account section**.

2. Click on **Add Connection** to add the connection

3. Select **Zendesk**&#x20;

4. Provide the connection name

5. Select Authorization Type&#x20;
   * OAuth2
   * Public API
   * APIToken

6. Click on Link Account

7. &#x20; Login with your Zendesk account credentials

8. Allow access for permissions\

9. Click on Test Connection to test the response of your connection.
