You can create a connection with Zendesk from Admin Dashboard.

  1. Navigate to the Account section.

  2. Click on Add Connection to add the connection

  3. Select Zendesk

  4. Provide the connection name

  5. Select Authorization Type

    • OAuth2

    • Public API

    • APIToken

  6. Click on Link Account

  7. Login with your Zendesk account credentials

  8. Allow access for permissions

  9. Click on Test Connection to test the response of your connection.
