# Zendesk Sunshine Conversations

You can create a connection with Zendesk from [Admin Dashboard.](https://admin.deepconverse.com/dashboard)

1. Navigate to the **Account section**.
2. Click on **Add Connection** to add the connection
3. Select **Zendesk Sunshine Conversations** 
4. Provide the connection name
5. Select Authorization Type 
   * OAuth2
6. Click on Link Account

8. Allow access for permissions

9. Click on Test Connection to test the response of your connection.&#x20;
