Zendesk Sunshine Conversations

You can create a connection with Zendesk from Admin Dashboard.

1. Navigate to the Account section.

2. Click on Add Connection to add the connection

3. Select Zendesk Sunshine Conversations

4. Provide the connection name

5. Select Authorization Type

   • OAuth2

6. Click on Link Account

   
7. Login with your Zendesk account credentials

   
8. Allow access for permissions

1. Click on Test Connection to test the response of your connection.
